———————-

You are warmly invited to gather for a weekend of connection on the shores of the Salish Sea in Western Washington.

This spring retreat is an opportunity to step out of daily demands and into a slower, more intentional rhythm. Together, we will explore the themes of the season—renewal, growth, resilience, and the fertility of mind and spirit—through creative, reflective, and relational practices.

Our time together will include art-making, journaling, guided conversation, meditation, song, gentle movement, shared meals, and time outdoors. These practices are offered as ways to listen more closely to your deep inner knowing and to tend to the changes unfolding in your life. The weekend is designed to be nourishing, supportive, and spacious, leaving you feeling well cared for and inspired.

No prior retreat experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Please feel free to share this invitation with others.

This gathering is for you if:

  • You crave a deeper relationship with your intuition

  • You long for meaningful, supportive connection with other women

  • You are entering a new season of life and want space to meet it with tenderness and curiosity

  • You desire time away from the pace and expectations of everyday life

  • You are seeking creativity, nourishing food, rest, and time in nature

What to Expect

This retreat is organically structured and intentionally spacious. Each day will include guided group sessions as well as unstructured time for rest, reflection, walks, or quiet connection.

All activities are invitations, not requirements. You are never expected to share more than you want to, and there is no pressure to participate in any activity that doesn’t feel supportive to you.

The retreat will be sober and centered on caring for our bodies and nervous systems through good food, rest, creativity, movement, and presence.

Community Care & Inclusion

This is a women’s+ gathering, open to women, femme, and non-binary individuals. This space is not open to cisgender men.

Gentle movement and outdoor walks will be part of the weekend, and rest is always encouraged. If you have accessibility needs or questions about whether this space will support you, you are welcome to reach out before registering.
