Custom Women’s Retreats

For Groups of Women Who Already Gather — and Want to Go Deeper

These custom women’s retreats are for existing groups — circles, book clubs, long-time friends, mothers’ groups, creative collectives. etc. — who want to intentionally deepen connection, mark a transition, or spend meaningful time together.

I come in as a guest facilitator, designing and guiding a retreat specifically for your group, your relationships, and the season you’re in

What This Is

This is a custom retreat experience designed around an already-formed group of women.

Rather than gathering a new group for a shared theme, this offering centers the relationships that are already present — allowing your group to explore depth, reflection, and connection within the intimacy you’ve built over time.

My role is to hold the container — offering structure, care, and skilled facilitation — so you can fully arrive as participants.

Who This Is For

This offering is a good fit if you:

  • Are part of an established group of women

  • Feel ready to deepen connection, honesty, or presence together

  • Want skilled facilitation without managing the emotional labor yourselves

  • Are curious about ritual, reflection, movement, and shared experience

  • Value simplicity, care, and intention over performance or productivity

Groups often include:

  • Women’s circles

  • Book clubs

  • Long‑standing friend groups

  • Mothers’ groups

  • Choirs or creative collectives

What Can Be Customized

Each retreat is designed around your group. Together, we’ll shape:

  • Length — half‑day, full day, weekend, or multi‑day

  • Location — local, destination, or retreat center

  • Group size — intimate or larger circles

  • Themes & focus — connection, transition, rest, creativity, grief, celebration, integration

I am available to travel and support retreats both locally (Northern California) and farther afield.

My Method

While every retreat is unique, the foundation remains the same. All retreats are guided by these shared principles:

  • Music and movement as grounding and connective practices

  • Low‑tech or no‑tech spaces to support presence

  • Simple vegetarian or vegan meals, prepared with care

  • Sober events to encourage genuine, lasting connection

I facilitate in a way that is grounded, relational, and responsive — allowing depth to emerge without force, and joy to coexist with tenderness.

How the Process Works

  1. Initial conversation — We talk about your group, your history together, and what feels ready to be explored.

  2. Custom proposal — I design a retreat outline, schedule, and budget range aligned with your needs.

  3. Co‑creation & logistics — We finalize details, location, and timing.

  4. Retreat experience — I guide the retreat while your group stays present with one another.

Pricing

Pricing is transparent and scales based on group size and retreat length.

Facilitation (includes my facilitation and daily meals prepared by a dedicated chef) :

  • Typically $200–$250 per person, per day
